Where the heck do I get Conjure Frost? It's not listed anywhere, none of the bosses I've encountered have it, and they're not anywhere in the skill trainers!

you cant have seen every boss in the game or done all the quests or seen all the skill trainers this fast.

or have you?

the skill trainers guide hasnt been updated yet

Well, I've seen quite a few bosses and I passed up all the previous skill trainers that had the other 2 conjures, which is severely annoying me. I'm level 13 now.

I'm level 17 and still looking around... for Conjure Frost (I'm a W/E specialized in Water).

I have the cold damage sword, the frost armor, armor of the mist, even conjure lighting or conjure flame, but Conjure Frost seems impossible to find...

Any hint of where we could find it or even just a boss that uses it ?
